Since nobody had any coins on them, icky and mike bichan did rock-paper-scissors. first round, two scissors. second round, icky pulls it out by sticking with scissors while mike went paper. With hammer, we set this end up nicely. ichy faces one rock in the top 4 half buried. he calls a quiet removal for 2. great line but just a bit too light. we take 1. end 2 shaped up great after icky plays a draw around cover with his first and a guard on his second. ichy's first guard was okay, but his second overcurled, leaving zebchuk with the open hit for 2 which was made. end 3 had ichy sitting second and third shot again. another quiet hit on zebchuk's shot rock would give us three, but again a bit light and we settle for 2 and a 3-2 lead. tragedy in end 4. icky misses his two shots and then so does ichy, leaving an open draw for 4 and maybe 5. after a measure on the biter, 5 was confirmed. team levis tries to claw back but only manages 1 in 5. we hold zebchuk to 1 in 6 and we trail 8-4. icky had two attempts at runback doubles but narrowly missed both. icky's final attempt at a raise takeout for 2 was inside, leaving a steal of 1. we call the game after 7 ends.
