First, regarding Mike Harris. He did kind of keep his promises, but at an extreme expense to social programs in this province. So if Canadians want a Harris-style Ontario, then Harper is your guy. However, Mike Harris and his Conservatives in Ontario didn't exactly keep their promise of a balanced budget. During the provincial election, they claimed they had a balanced budget, but when Dalton McGuinty and the Liberals took power and looked at the books, they found a $6 billion defecit. This is just like Harper's plan that has a multi-billion dollar hole in it that he wont admit, even though economists are saying no way in hell they can make their plan as promised. In addition, the Harris Conservatives sold provincial property to gain revenue to make their books supposedly balance. It seems to me that they sold the properties for the sole reason of attaining a balanced budget. But a province and a nation cannot just sell their property forever.

So go with the chicken! VOTE LIBERAL!
